Lokkhi Chele Bengali Movie Review!
Today I review the Bengali movie Lokkhi Chele. This movie was directed and written by Kaushik Ganguly. Also, this film produces by Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy.
The film Lokkhi Chele is like Kaushik Ganguly's masterstroke. Lokkhi Chele has not been made in the last 5 years.
Talking about Kaushik Ganguly's movie Lokkhi Chele, I remembered this historic dialogue. Why? No, ignorance was and still is, about how to tame the serpent of gender politics.
There was, and still is, confusion about how to measure girls. If such a girl is born, then medical science will consider her an abnormal child. Lokkhi Chele pokes us in the eye and tells us again.
So how is the Lokkhi Chele different?
The short answer is courage and struggle. Kaushik Ganguly has cut the divine branches of divinity and established a physically handicapped daughter in human value.
Three junior doctors are helping him in this fight. Those who understand human well-being more than religion.
Who is treated is more important than whether the person being treated can save their life or not? COVID whips through my mind! Even in the time of Corona, doctors were the most beloved.
The rigid structure of caste-ridden Hindu society tends to pull back the story of this movie. It shows that even a high-crore Hindu can do anything for the sake of self-interest.
Even people who were branded as untouchables can be re-integrated into mainstream society through purification. Laughter at this hypocrisy.
Lokkhi Meye is a metaphorical word for wearing magic. What is not the trap of building the perfect woman?
Kaushik Ganguly's greatest achievement as a director is that he used the word Lokkhi Chele not as a metaphor but as an assassin's weapon.
The film is worth watching for another reason. After many days, a movie made in the provincial Bengali language could signal a brilliant coup with the subject, variation, and acting combo.
If Lakshmi Basat gets stability in the cinema business of Bengal by pressing the steps of this wonderful experiment, we will give ulu and blow the conch.
Thanks to producer Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy Duo. Stand outside the concept to show the open sky. All the characters, along with the screenplay, are consistent.
Churni Ganguly, Pradeep Bhattacharya, Ambarish Bhattacharya, Babul Supriyo, and Indrasish Roy have all performed well.
But the biggest credit is the performance of the three junior doctors of the new generation, like a handful of pleasant autumn sunshine.
Purab, Rithika, and, above all, Ujaan Ganguly are the assets of this movie. I can only hope that each of them will become the future of acting.
Prabuddha Bandyopadhyay's background score plays like clouds and sun in the film, reawakening us to the tension between metaphor and reality.
Lastly, I think this is an experimental movie with a social message. Lokkhi Chele's movie is an eye-opener for us. In my opinion, please go and watch the film Lokkhi Chele. I am sure you will like this movie.
